PRESS BRAKE ROLL FORMING
We are well known in the industry for extremely tight tolerance forming on our multiple press brakes. With the combination of over 60yrs of press brake experience and the vast range of our extensive tooling inventory
We are ready to tackle any job small or large. We have ran everything from simple wall hanging brackets for taxidermist to extremely complex chassis and custom enclosures. We have experience with all types of materials from standard carbon steels, stainless steel, alum all the way to titium and lexans and many more exotic materials.
Our muscle is a 99” 80 ton Amada press brake completey tooled with the finest European style tooling available. It will allow us to form as thin as .005 up to .375 thick depending your application.
For high volume small parts we run an electric 48” Toyokoki with extreme accuracy and speed. This allows for competitive economical pricing on large quantity runs.
For our out of the ordinary jobs such as forming extrusions we have a manual Kamatsu press brake. This machine allows us to build tooling for custom applications at a very competitive cost which is great for prototype runs and out of the ordinary jobs.
The newest member to our forming department is a 13000lb Baileigh powered 60” 10ga slip roll. We have rolled everything from gray water tanks, chemical tanks with multiple precision located fittings all the way to ventilation exhaust baffles for air planes.
